Shipping policy

PRODUCTION TIMELINES

  • Good things take time to be made! At Laura Sabolich Design every item is made to order for you! We reduce waste by only creating the Products that you order after you request them. When you place an order with us, we will do our best to put your order into Production the following business day our studio is open (Tue. – Fri.). So, in general -- if you place an order on Thursday it will go into Production on Friday, and if you place an order on Friday it will go into Production on Tuesday. If we need to confirm any details, we will wait to hear back from you before putting your order into production.
  • Once your order goes into Production it will take up to 7 standard business days (Mon. – Fri.) for your items to be made.
  • Production times do not include shipping time. Production times are not guaranteed. Please note that United States & United Kingdom national holidays are excluded from our production and shipment days.

 

SHIPPING

  • Some items may ship to you separately.
  • Please note, that sometimes shipping confirmation emails from us can land in your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Please check your email folders before reaching out.
  • If you have any difficulties in receiving your order please do not hesitate to reach out to us at LSD@LauraSabolichDesign.com. If your package is not delivered please reach out to us asap. Be sure to contact us at LSD@LauraSabolichDesign.com within 7 days of when your package was due for delivery.
  • Once your item(s) have been made, shipping time is usually 5-10 business days or less when ordering within the US. 
  • Shipping timelines are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines are in addition to Production timelines. For more information on Production timelines see above section PRODUCTION TIMELINES.
  • For now, Laura Sabolich Design ships within the United States only. If you are outside of the U.S. and are interested in ordering from us please let us know, we would love to know where customers interested in our Products are located.
  • United States & United Kingdom national holidays are excluded from our business shipping days.
  • Our packages may require a signature to receive. In all cases please be sure to send your packages to a location where you will be available to receive them upon arrival or coordinate your own pick-up with the relevant carrier. Be sure to track your package once it is on its way to you (in some cases it may take a few days for the tracking number to update). In all cases, you as the customer are responsible for communicating with the relevant shipper to ensure you receive your items.
  • Laura Sabolich Design is not liable for stolen, missing, or returned packages.
  • Delivery instructions included in order check-out notes are not guaranteed as we do not deliver the packages ourselves.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • We use a flat shipping rate estimated from our costs.
